This company is amazing! I think I was probably what would be called 'a difficult customer' since, as a layperson, I was confused about what I needed to order to do LED tape lighting and then had to later exchange something that I had misunderstood. Throughout this, they - especially Logan - were super helpful, patient, and friendly. So much nicer than going to B&Q - I highly recommend this wonderful local specialist shop!
